Topped with seared sirloin steak, balsamic reduction & spicy cilantro raspberry coulis.

(GJ LOCATION ONLY!) The Death Star Roll: smoked habanero sauce, yellowtail, pineapple, green onion, and a cilantro, cream cheese avocado sauce. Topped with crushed blue corn tortilla chips and black tobiko.

As our guest you will be delighted to know that Christopher Boyd, formerly of Suehiro Japanese Restaurant, will be your head chef. He has been classically trained by Japanese sushi chefs and has refined his training with intensive study of Japanese cuisine, culture and customs. He will be joined by his top chef from Suehiro as well: Josh.
