Welcome to No Coast Sushi, a locally owned sushi restaurant in Grand Junction, Colorado serving fresh sushi, sashimi, Japanese-inspired dishes, vegan options, handcrafted cocktails and more.
We bring fresh fish to Western Colorado throughout the week, including fish flown in from Hawaii through our friends at Honolulu Fish Company. Our chefs combine quality ingredients with creativity, personality and a willingness to do things a little differently.
Pull up a seat at our open sushi bar and watch our chefs work, explore our signature rolls and sashimi, or grab lunch with us Tuesday through Saturday.
And yes, we love Godzilla.
You'll find him throughout the restaurant as our unofficial mascot and a symbol of the attitude behind No Coast: bold, unconventional and never boring.

We're part sushi restaurant, part neighborhood hangout and part creative space. Throughout the year we host DJ nights, food and drink specials, collaborations, fundraisers and community events.
