FLYING IN FRESH FISH…
We purchase much of our fish from companies that care about sustainability and ocean health. Due to regulations some fish, like yellowtail, must be frozen for a set time before serving. This list shows where our fish is from, how it is harvested and if it is fresh or frozen when it is shipped to us.

All sushi rolls we had were over the top tasty and appealing.

Executive Chef Michael was a delight and very accommodating.
We order several items. The sushi rolls were all delicious. The calamari appetizer is so so. We sat at the sushi bar, where service was excellent. Wine selection is okay. Prices are on the high side for this type of food. Our waiter was doing his first day, but he had done his homework for sure. Wasn’t expecting sushi this good considering how far away we were from the ocean. Super friendly staff, nice atmosphere, large menu and very very good food.
